Once a student is added to the system, his / her profile may have new qualifications allocated to it by anyone with the relevant permission.
There are two ways of getting to the section where you add a student's qualification. The first is navigating to the dealer the student is located under for (see this guide), and the second is to search directly for the student (see this guide). Once you get to either of these areas, you will see an icon resembling a medal. Click this, and a window will pop asking you which qualification you want to add, and to update the number of dives the student has taken.
Once you select the qualification, click 'Step 2', and one of two things will happen. Either you will be sent to a page where you fill in the rest of the qualification details, or you will be sent to a page asking you how many additional qualifications the student attained.
If the second scenario occurs, it is because you have chosen a special qualification type, which requires that the student complete a series of qualifications before they are eligible for it (eq. Advanced Open Water Diver). Simply select how many additional qualifications the student attained, and continue. In the form that follows you will be asked to select the individual qualifications attained, and each of these will be added to the student's profile when the main qualification is submitted.
Once you have added a qualification successfully, the server will return a success page, giving you the option of closing the window or adding another qualification.
